The product

Intercept and Recovery are live today. The product expands as customers pull us forward.

Credit unions today; collection agencies and creditor-side law firms on the same rail. Everything below ships in production now; you can click it.

Intercept

Pre-charge-off, B2B SaaS.

The software gives a lender's customers a fair, self-service way to catch up online before an account charges off. The creditor, account owner, sender, and decision-maker stay explicit on each account. The production surface is available for verified credit-union pilot activation.

Recovery

Post-charge-off, B2B SaaS.

The same rail after charge-off. Collection agencies and creditor-side law firms work placed accounts in their own cockpits: a dollar-ranked queue, offer / counter / accept resolutions, and the Reg F frequency counter on the operator screen. Their authority, sender identity, conduct, and actions are recorded against the shared account history.

Posted pricing. The compliance detail is below for the teams who need it. The product expands across the rest of the past-due journey as customer demand pulls us forward.

Explore by side

Every past-due account has two sides. Pick yours.

Debt Digest is the neutral rail between them. Jump to the entry point built for your side; the rest of the page reads top to bottom.

Consumer side The person who owes, and who advocates for them.

More consumer-side entry points join the rail as those segments activate.

Pricing

One simple subscription. Pilots are free.

Creditors pay a flat per-account subscription from $2.50 per active account per month with a $1,500 monthly floor. Agencies and firms pay per seat. No percentage of recovery, ever. Posted in public; the CFO sees the numbers before the kickoff call.

See the full plan cards on the pricing page → The public rate card applies only through an explicitly accepted order form.

Compliance posture

Built so every account has an identified voice and decision-maker.

The platform records who owns the account, who is authorized to act, who sends each communication, and who makes each decision. Current direct-payment flows route consumer funds to the identified owner or authorized payee. The detail below is for your compliance and legal teams.

In the currently activated direct-payment workflow, the consumer pays the identified account owner or authorized payee and participating organizations pay Debt Digest by subscription. That routing is an operating fact, not a legal-status shortcut.

Legal duties are evaluated from actual role, authority, conduct, account context, jurisdiction, and law. New participant capabilities or changes in conduct require a discrete, counsel-reviewed control decision before activation.

Most buyers want a 20-minute Zoom on their own bucket. Investors and counsel often want a different conversation. Pick the right path.
