Asking for deletion
How to ask us to delete your information
- Sign in, open Account, choose Your data rights, then Delete My Data. We handle the request within 45 days.
- Or email us from the address on your account and ask for deletion.

We are not a debt collector and we do not collect debts.
Please do not send account numbers or your Social Security number. If you have an account, sign in and use Your data rights under Account, or Contact Preferences on a debt's Rights tab.
