For organizations You represent people. Pilots are open.

Software for the people you represent. Pilots are open.

Request a free pilot. After your firm signs a pilot agreement, Debt Digest staff set up your account and your firm signs in to its own workspace. Your list starts empty. People cannot choose a firm in the Debt Digest app yet. When they can, a person who chooses your firm and shares with it appears on your list. Your firm is always the one acting.

What a pilot gives your firm

Your own workspace, ready for the people who choose your firm.

This is what is live for a pilot firm. What is still planned is listed separately below.

Your own workspace

Your firm signs in to its own workspace. Debt Digest staff set up the account after your firm signs a pilot agreement.

The people who choose your firm

Your list shows the people who chose your firm and shared with it. It starts empty, and it stays empty until people can choose a firm in the Debt Digest app.

Your firm is the actor

Your attorneys decide and your attorneys act. Debt Digest is the software underneath, never a party.

The person always decides

The person chooses your firm and chooses what to share. A firewall protects people a firm represents.

What Debt Digest never does

Your firm is always the one acting. Debt Digest is software.

Never client money

Debt Digest never holds, routes or escrows a client’s funds. It never takes a payment on your behalf.

Never negotiates

Debt Digest makes no offer and answers none. Every offer comes from a person at your firm.

Never advice

Debt Digest gives no legal, financial or tax advice, to your firm or to the people you represent.

Never decides who is contacted

Debt Digest does not choose whom to reach, and nothing is sent for your firm without a person at your firm approving it.

Planned

Planned, not open yet.

None of this is live. It is listed so you can see where the product is going.

People choose your firm in the app

Planned: a person will be able to find and choose your firm in the Debt Digest app. That is not open yet.

Offers to lenders through Debt Digest

Offers through Debt Digest are not open yet. Your firm makes any offer itself, outside Debt Digest.

A person approves every message

Messaging is planned. When it opens, nothing will go out for your firm until a person at your firm has approved it.

A seat for each person

Seats are planned: each attorney and staff member who signs in will have their own sign-in. They are not open yet.

Planned price

A flat subscription. Never a percentage of recovery.

The pilot is free. This price is planned only and is not billed today. Consumer-side firms would pay a monthly amount that includes 250 clients, then a rate per client. Any paid access starts only under an order form you accept.

For consumer-side firms · Planned price

Consumer-side law firms

$600 / month planned, including 250 clients
Then $2.50 per client, $1.75 per client above 1,500. Planned, not billed today.
Same terms as every plan

Free pilot first

The pilot is free, on the same terms as every other organization. Nothing is billed today. See pricing for the rest.

Request a pilot.

Tell us about your firm. If it is a fit, we write back about a pilot agreement. Debt Digest staff set up your account only after your firm signs it. The pilot is free. Sending a request is not an agreement.
