Exactly whose brand appears.
Most platforms promise a repaint and leave you to discover the exceptions. We do not repaint. We attribute: branding here is per interaction, so the honest answer is a list, not an adjective. This is that list.
Three tiers, stated plainly.
1. Every interaction carries your brand.
Notices, emails, SMS sender, letters and envelopes, payment pages, receipts. The customer reads your name as the party of record, because you are the party the debt is owed to, and the platform never presents itself as the collecting party (the FDCPA definition of a debt collector is conduct-based). True on every plan, with no configuration, for what the customer reads; the sending address behind an email or text carries your name once your sending domain is authenticated.
2. Your own domain is the front door.
Point a subdomain at us and your customer arrives through your brand: your logo, your colors, your name, and on that domain the page is yours. The shared home, where a customer sees every lender they owe at once, lives on the neutral rail at debt-digest.com. Think of a wallet: each card is the bank's, the wallet is not, and no bank asks for the wallet repainted.
3. Where a customer owes several lenders, the shared view is neutral. On purpose.
A customer who owes you and two other lenders sees one neutral place listing all three, with each debt still carrying its own lender's brand. We could dress that shared page in whichever brand the customer happened to arrive from. We do not, and we would not build it that way: it would show your name over a competitor's account, and show a competitor's name over yours. Neutral is the only arrangement a second lender would ever agree to join.
What your customer actually sees.
Check it line by line. If a row is ever wrong in production, that is a defect and we will treat it as one.

A rail nobody owns is the only rail anyone joins.
We are the software underneath, not a party to the debt. Your customer pays you; we never touch their money. The same neutrality that keeps one lender's brand off another lender's account is what keeps us the software underneath rather than a participant in any one account, and it is why a second and third lender can sit on the same rail without either one being advantaged.
See it under your own brand.
We will stand up a demo with your logo, your colors, and your sender identity so you can read exactly what your customer would read.
