This is the real product, running on sample accounts. Walk through how a lender sets up offers and how a customer resolves a past-due balance online, with no fees added by Debt Digest and no pressure. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.

Creditor (staff) portal
Clearwater Community FCU sandbox: a seeded staff portfolio with a standing owner-authorized offer in the review queue. Kim Rivera, the public consumer demo, has two accounts in this book.
Kim Rivera's portal: the debts she added herself, next to two Clearwater accounts from the lender’s own records, one on a payment plan and one paid off. This demo sends nothing. What she adds is a picture, not enrollment.
Gulf Coast Recovery sandbox: the collections cockpit for placed accounts, with a dollar-ranked work queue and live offer / counter / accept resolutions.
Demo environment with fictional data. Logging in, taking actions, and viewing balances here has no effect on any real consumer or creditor. The demo tenant resets automatically between visits. Credentials are rate-limited to 10 requests per hour per IP. For the full trust posture, security headers, vendor list, and SOC 2 audit status, see trust center.
The product
Intercept and Recovery are live today. The product expands as customers pull us forward.
Credit unions today; collection agencies and creditor-side law firms on the same rail. Everything below ships in production now; you can click it.
01
Live in production
Intercept
Pre-charge-off, B2B SaaS.
The software gives a lender's customers a fair, self-service way to catch up online before an account charges off. The creditor, account owner, sender, and decision-maker stay explicit on each account. The production surface is available for verified credit-union pilot activation.
02
Live in production
Recovery
Post-charge-off, B2B SaaS.
The same rail after charge-off. Collection agencies and creditor-side law firms work placed accounts in their own cockpits: a dollar-ranked queue, offer / counter / accept resolutions, and the Reg F frequency counter on the operator screen. Their authority, sender identity, conduct, and actions are recorded against the shared account history.
Posted pricing. The compliance detail is below for the teams who need it. The product expands across the rest of the past-due journey as customer demand pulls us forward.
Explore by side
Every past-due account has two sides. Pick yours.
Debt Digest is the neutral rail between them. Jump to the entry point built for your side; the rest of the page reads top to bottom.
Creditor side The party owed, and who works for them.
Consumer side The person who owes, and who advocates for them.
People cannot choose a firm in the Debt Digest app yet. These two demos use a made-up firm and fictional clients, and send nothing.
Inside the platform
A guided look at the three live flows
Tap a tab. Each pane shows the live UI plus a numbered "what to look for" list. All three flows are shipping today.
Creditors pay a flat per-account subscription from $2.50 per active account per month with a $1,500 monthly floor. Agencies and firms pay per seat. No percentage of recovery, ever. Posted in public; the CFO sees the numbers before the kickoff call.

Built so every account has an identified voice and decision-maker.
The platform records who owns the account, who is authorized to act, who sends each communication, and who makes each decision. Current direct-payment flows route consumer funds to the identified owner or authorized payee. The detail below is for your compliance and legal teams.

Debt Digest
Flat monthly subscription
In the currently activated direct-payment workflow, the consumer pays the identified account owner outside the Service. Participating organizations pay Debt Digest by subscription. That routing is an operating fact, not a legal-status shortcut.

Creditor dashboard: portfolio, accounts, offer / counter / accept on the rail, audit trail, per-account outreach intelligence (rules-driven).
Consumer app: web on any phone, English and Spanish, every debt in one place, and a lender's payment plan once that lender offers one.
Shared resolution workspace: offer, counter, and accept on the rail in one audited thread; call-frequency guardrail keyed to Reg F §1006.14(b)(2); per-seat subscription.
FDCPA §1692g validation notice generation: single and bulk-upload variants.
Verification-gated dispute hold enforced across participant workflows.
Bulk account upload: JSON, 1K accounts per batch, §1692g notice batch on placement.
JWT-based auth, role-based access, per-IP rate limiting, full security-header suite (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options).
Participant-aware posture: ownership, authority, sender, decision-maker, and conduct are recorded per account.
PCI-compliant payment processing and SMS delivery, each via a SOC 2 Type II sub-processor: contracted but not yet enabled, no production credential is configured, so payments are simulated. Transactional email (Twilio SendGrid) is contracted and under notice but not yet enabled: any credential is held unused until the 30-day sub-processor notice period ends on October 19, 2026, so notices sit in a manually released queue until then.
How we build. AI is used under strict deterministic guardrails with full audit trails. Compliance investments scale with the customers we sign. SOC 2 is in progress.
Next step
Two ways forward.
Most buyers want a 20-minute Zoom on their own bucket. Investors and counsel often want a different conversation. Pick the right path.
Flat subscription, never a percentage of recovery. Platform pricing is $2.50 per active account under management per month, with a $1,500 per month platform floor.
Sample: 5,000 active accounts at $2.50 per account per month is $12,500 per month. The $1,500 per month platform floor applies only to smaller books. No percentage of recovery; flat subscription pricing.
